  • Onsite Support – We offer on-site support for our clients when an issue cannot be resolved remotely or if the client prefers face-to-face contact.
  • Remote Support – We can fix most problems remotely. You can either call our helpline or submit a ticket via our portal and we can log in to your machine from our facility. This will save you valuable time and get you back to work quickly.
  • Server / Workstation Upgrades - We provide a wide variety of services and technical expertise when it comes to installing your server or network, upgrading servers at your business, providing administrative services for your server, and many other computer, server and network-related services. We provide a vast knowledge of workstation migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 and work with you in making most outdated applications function based upon business practice.
  • Server Virtualization - Server virtualization is the masking of server resources, including the number and identity of individual physical servers, processors, and operating systems, from server users. Virtual machines are based on the host/guest paradigm. Each guest runs on a virtual imitation of the hardware layer. This approach allows the guest operating system to run without modifications. It also allows the administrator to create guests that use different operating systems. The guest has no knowledge of the host's operating system because it is not aware that it's not running on real hardware.
